Harmonic Dictation: Modulation

The phrases recorded below all modulate to V, v, vi, or III.  Notate the outer parts and provide chord symbols below the bass line.  Notate the uppermost part on a treble clef and the bass line on a bass clef.  Clearly identify the Roman numeral of the pivot chord in both keys.

1. Use the key signature for Eb major and a meter signature of 4/4.  There is a quarter-note pickup.

 

2. Use the key signature for D major and a meter signature of 4/4.

 

3. Use the key signature for C minor and a meter signature of 4/4.
